Four living units including:

one living unit on the ground floor suitable also for the disabled because it hasn't any architectural feature that denies access to them;

three flatlets on the upper floor;

one living room with its sanitations;
one kitchen with larder and sanitations annexed;
one reading room.

The flats are equipped in order to be independent, and furnished with sobriety of style. The entire plant engineering is new.

The change of linen (sheets and towels) will be done weekly; the genuine and appetizing food, are all prepared according to the local gastronomic tradition.

The guests may enjoy common areas such as the spacious inn on the ground floor; in the information point and reading room you may find the documentation you need to visit the near places that are evidence of the naturalistic, historical, artistic and architactural value of the High and Medium Metauro Valley's landscape.

Outside the farmhouse, besides the vast garden, there are the swimming-pool (that you may see in the picture) and a hydromassage warmed up tank, very pleasant for your moments of relax.

The structure, completely surrounded, has also a parking garage in order to guarantee the safety of your car.
