The Ca'Boscarini farmhouse is situated among the hills of the Pesaro and Urbino district, one of the most wonderful and suggestive places in the Marche region.

The farm's area is about 20 hectares, half of which are tilled lands and half wooded lands.

The farm is located in the city of Urbania, but also has lands in the Ca'Madonna area, along the road which connects Urbania to Piobbico, and other plots of land at Gualdi di Urbania at an height of 500 metres above sea level.

The old building at Gualdi di Urbania has been restructured and converted into a farmhouse.
